**Avant Creation Studio – Terms & Conditions for Introductory Sale**

By purchasing a booking under this **Avant Creation Studio Introductory Sale**, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. **No Refunds or Exchanges** – All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or transfers will be issued for any reason, including cancellations or failure to use the booking before the expiration date.

2. **Expiration & Usage** – The purchased session must be scheduled and used **within 90 days** from the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this period will be forfeited, and no extensions will be granted.

3. **Purpose of Use** – The discounted rate applies strictly to bookings for **podcast recording and conference room use**. The session may not be applied to other services, studio rentals, or events outside of the intended purpose.

4. **Scheduling & Availability** – Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Avant Creation Studio does not guarantee availability for specific dates or times.

5. **Rescheduling Policy** – A one-time reschedule is allowed **with at least 48 hours’ notice** before the scheduled session. Rescheduling requests made within **less than 48 hours** of the appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking.

6. **Setup & Breakdown Time** – **All setup and breakdown must be completed within the booked time.** Additional time will not be provided for setup, cleanup, or breakdown. If extra time is needed, the client must book additional hours in advance at the standard rate.

7. **Late Arrivals & No-Shows** – Clients arriving late will only have access to the studio for the remainder of their scheduled time. **No additional time or compensation will be provided.** No-shows will forfeit their session without a refund.

8. **Studio Rules & Conduct** – Clients must adhere to Avant Creation Studio’s policies, including respecting studio equipment, time limits, and cleanliness. Any damages or violations may result in additional fees.

9. **Additional Fees for Equipment & Furniture Use** – Moving furniture or using additional studio equipment beyond the standard room setup may incur **additional fees**. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of **cameras, tripods, wireless microphones, or other production equipment**. Please inquire in advance to confirm pricing and availability.

10. **Agreement Acknowledgment** – By purchasing this offer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
